At our next Q, we will once again bring together the smartest students, exceptional speakers, emerging startups, and well-known companies. You don’t want to miss that!
No, the event (including evening events) is open to conference attendees with valid tickets only. No external people without tickets allowed!
There are many activities such as speeches, panel discussions, speed datings, workshops and a legendary after-party.
As the speeches, panels, workshops are held in English and German, understanding both languages would be best. However, if you only understand English you can still get most out of the conference.
No! Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable with.
Workshops, speed datings and campfire-sessions are application-only formats. The application link will be provided to you once the process is started.
During our conference you will have the chance to participate in skill-building workshops on entrepreneurial topics conducted by our partners. The content of our workshops is as varied and diverse as our partners are. A small group size of 15 to 25 people will give each participant the chance to interact intensively with the other attendees and the workshop host during our workshop-session
This is your chance to get to know several successful startups, corporates and VCs! You will be able to talk to founders, CEOs and company representatives and establish lasting connections in individual one-to-one conversations.
Our campfire sessions offer an opportunity to chat in a group of 10 people with one of our speakers, an investor or founder in a “Meet and Greet”-like setting. Don’t miss the chance to talk to professionals from various backgrounds in a cozy and chill environment!

Arrival/At the conference
Q-Summit takes place at the Schneckenhof at our castle in Mannheim (Bismarckstr. 42, 68161 Mannheim).You can take tram lines 1, 5, 4a, 5a, 4, 9, 15, (“Schloss”) 7 (“Universität”) and bus lines 60, 65.
Check-in starts on Thursday 04th of April in the morning. Make sure to get to our castle in time since the check-in might take a while. On the second day, Friday the 05th of April, the conference starts in the morning again and concludes in the evening with our legendary closing-party. You can find the complete program on the agenda page, which will be updated for 2024 soon.
Please make sure to bring your ticket and your Student-ID if you bought a student ticket.
Yes, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided for every participant. There will be an option for vegetarians and vegans every meal. In addition, every participant has access to a variety of snacks provided from our partners.
You can either leave the conference and come back in the evening or stay at the Hays Forum inside the castle. Food and Beverages will be provided.
The checkroom is open the whole time of the conference until the evening on both days. You can pick up or bring your things at any time. You can not leave your things overnight.
No, you can show the QR-code on your phone.
By default, Q-Summit tickets are not refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person who can attend Q-Summit (not possible shortly before the conference).
