Meet Our Chair Division Team
The Chair Division is responsible for shaping some of the most memorable moments of Q-Summit, ensuring both participants and team members have a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout the year.
We are Clara, Joey, and Tim, this year’s Hackathon Leads. We are in charge of organizing the Q-Summit Hackathon, where bright minds come together to solve real-world challenges in a creative and dynamic setting. From defining the challenges to running the event, we aim to make the Hackathon a highlight of the conference.
We are Mona and Emilia, this year’s Heads of Human Capital. Our focus lies in organizing all team social events, from casual get-togethers to larger celebrations, to strengthen the team spirit behind Q-Summit. We make sure that working together on Q-Summit is just as rewarding as the event itself.
Meet Our Public Relations Division Team
The Public Relations Division focuses primarily on Q's public image and plays a central role in strategic communication and building a positive image of our organisation. Our role is to inform the public, media and other stakeholders about the Q-Summit.
We are Cem and Jessica, this year's Heads of Marketing. Our role is to develop the Q-Summit's digital marketing strategy to represent our initiative on various digital channels. We are responsible for creative and communicative tasks, such as the content on our social media channels and the design of our merchandise.
We are Jonas and Hannes, this year's Heads of Growth and Partnerships. Together we are responsible for raising awareness of the Q-Summit by building partnerships with other student initiatives and media platforms across Germany. We are also organising this year's ‘Road2Q’ - a series of side events with other students in the run-up to the Q-Summit 2025.
We are Ferdinand and Antonia, this year's Heads of Podcast. We dive into deep conversations with inspiring personalities and bring you great episodes. Our podcast is all about exploring exciting ideas and sharing unique stories with you.
Meet Our Partner Division Team
The Partner- and Speaker Relations Division is responsible for everything involving our partners and the events on the MainStage. Our mission is to build and sustain strong relationships with sponsors and supporters, ensuring Q-Summit thrives through meaningful collaborations and impactful partnerships.
We are Maya and Romain, this year's Heads of Startup and Investor Relations. Our role is to connect groundbreaking startups with visionary investors, creating a dynamic environment where innovation meets opportunity. We also organize the Qube and the conference’s highlight, the Pitchbattle, offering startups a chance to pitch their ideas and expand their networks with investors.
We are Maxime and Jasper, this year's Heads of Corporate Relations. We develop and manage partnerships with companies that support Q-Summit. From securing sponsorships to coordinating partner participation, we provide a platform for corporate partners to showcase their innovations and engage with participants.
We are Jan and Florian, this year's Heads of Speaker Relations. We bring inspiring voices to the Q-Summit stage by inviting and coordinating renowned experts and innovators. From initial outreach to their time on stage, we ensure a seamless experience, curating talks that motivate and inspire our audience.
Meet Our Finance Division Team
The Finance Division is at the core of Q-Summit's operations, encompassing IT, Legal, and financial management. Our mission is to ensure the smooth functioning of all technical, legal, and financial aspects of the organisation.
We are Nikita and Max, this year's Heads of IT. Together, we form the digital backbone of Q-Summit. Our responsibilities include designing, implementing and maintaining the website you're currently browsing, ensuring reliable WiFi during the conference, and overseeing all technical infrastructure to create a seamless digital experience for everyone involved.
We are Fabian and Felix, this year's Heads of Legal. Our focus is on reviewing and drafting contracts, setting up legal frameworks, and ensuring that all legal matters run smoothly. We are dedicated to safeguarding Q-Summit's operations and enabling the team to focus on what they do best.

Meet Our Concept Division Team
The Concept Division is dedicated to setting the tone and atmosphere of the Q-Summit. Through innovative ideas and planning, the division ensures that the conference becomes an unforgettable experience for all attendees.
We are Anna and Charlotte, this year’s Heads of Concept. We are responsible for designing the main stage, workshop spaces, and Partner Lounge, as well as the entertainment, ensuring every area inspires and excites all participants.
We are Silvio and Christian, this year’s Heads of On Conference. We collaborate with exceptional food and beverage partners, such as Happy Slice and Absolut Sensations, and organize the legendary Q Afterparty to provide a unique and unforgettable conference experience.
I am Justin, this year’s Head of Participant Relations. I work with renowned brands like Villeroy & Boch and Doppelherz to curate our exclusive goodie bag and ensure that every participant enjoys a smooth and memorable journey from registration to the conference itself.
