Social Entrepreneurhsip Network Germany
The Social Entrepreneurship Netzwerk Deutschland is the central connecting point for all social entrepreneurship activities within Germany. They are connecting the sector as well as giving a voice to the small startups and entrepreneurs and represent their interests in politics.
Since its foundation in autumn 2017, more than 270 members have joined the network and a large number of regional groups and thematic platforms have emerged.
Because of their joint political work, social entrepreneurship and social innovation are now anchored several times in the coalition agreement of the Federal Government. In Berlin, Investitionsbank IBB is the first state development bank to open its financing instruments for social enterprises.
