“Craft as craft can be” – that’s how you could describe their micro-brewery. They live beer passion! They want to show what beer can do! And so they turn on all parameters where a passionate brewmaster can only turn: There are no limits to the choice of raw materials. They process over 10 different types of malt and even more aromatic flavor hops. Of course, all from certified organic farming. They see that as a basic requirement for the responsible production of a high-quality beverage. They brew according to classic, but also modern, experimental brewing methods within the limits of the German Purity Law of 1516. They develop new technologies in brewhouse, fermentation and dry-hopping, relying on the tried and tested, but always looking for new ways to refine the art of brewing. All Sander beers are brewed in accordance with EC Organic Regulation (834/2007 and 889/2008) and Naturland Directive.
